BEEF - Traditional Hereford from Peter Symonds at Llandinabo - a great tasting product that shows how good beef really can be. Also Longhorn beef from Frank Sutton in Raglan, a really excellent choice.
LAMB - Llanwenog Lamb and Mutton from Mrs Money-Kyrle from Ruardean, Glos - simply wonderful.
PORK & BACON - Welsh from Richard Jones from Montgomery and Gloucestershire Old Spots from Gillian Herbert from near Bromyard, full of flavour.
